How does this process work?

• We will meet with you to give you an opportunity to get to know us and to tell us about your project.  We will explain our process in detail and give you honest answers to all of your questions.  Based on this initial meeting, we will submit, in writing, our preliminary cost estimate.  This estimate will be at no cost to our customer. 
  
  
• When the work is completed, we will do a final walk-through with you to make sure that you are happy with every detail.

Who will  be  in my home and what impact will the construction have on my family and home? 

• An employee of R.J. Leonard, LLC will be assigned exclusively to your project.  He is always available, on-site, to address your questions and concerns.  We take your concerns seriously as we plan and carry out our construction. 
  
  
  
• We build long-term relationships with our subcontractors.  We expect them to live up to our standards when they are on your project.  We will never hire a subcontractor if we don’t have complete confidence in their skills, values, and ethics. 
  
  
• We will treat your home as if it were our own.  We never forget it’s your home, and we promise to treat it with care and respect.  The worksite will be kept clean and safe at all times.  We will do our best to minimize disruption to you and your family during construction.
